Engaging a private property consultant and a registered valuer in PNG like 2M Valuers & Property Consultants is the single most effective way to safeguard your real estate investment, as they eliminate market guesswork by establishing accurate property values in an area lacking centralized transitional data. Unlike real estate establishments driven by commissions, an independent consultant works strictly financial interest, conducting critical due diligence to protect you fromtitle fraud, and ensuring absolute compliance with PNG’s evolving tax and property laws. Furthermore, because local commercial banks require a formal valuation report before approving any mortgage, having a registered professional secure your documentation early prevents costly delays, effectively transforming a high risk transaction into a secure, legally sound, and financially optimized asset.
