My name is Ivan Kepe, and I am writing to seek guidance on registering and recognising my professional in-house training programs with the National Training Council (NTC).
I have almost ten (10) years of manufacturing industry experience across plywood manufacturing, biscuit and snack production, ice cream cone production, and currently flour milling operations. Through my experience, I have identified a significant gap in supervision, leadership capability, and performance mindset among team leaders and frontline supervisors in many organisations.
I am developing industry-focused training programs in the following areas:
• Supervision & Team Leadership in Manufacturing
• Performance & Productivity Improvement
• Mindset, Accountability & Workplace Discipline
• Operations Excellence for Frontline Leaders
My goal is to deliver these as recognised in-house professional training programs to industry and the public, aligned with national standards and quality frameworks.
