Subject:Request for Coca Cola Promotional Chest Freezer Allocation
I am writing to formally request the allocation of a Coca Cola branded promotional chest freezer for use at my stationery store, Toltape Stationery, located at Top Town Lae.
Our stationery store has a steady flow of customers, and we have observed a growing demand for chilled beverages, particularly Coca Cola products. To better serve our customers and to promote Coca Cola sales, we would like to partner with your team by installing a promotional chest freezer on our premises.
We are confident that this initiative will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also increase product visibility and sales. Our store is open 6 days (Monday-Saturday), ensuring maximum exposure and accessibility for Coca Cola products.
We kindly request your consideration of this application and would appreciate guidance on the requirements or agreements necessary to facilitate the issuance of a freezer.
Thank you for your attention to this request. I look forward to your positive response and to strengthening our business relationship with Coca Cola.
Yours faithfully,
Helpful ReviewDanny. Ivenge
